Engineering Department
All production jobs made in our plant first go through our Engineering Department for extensive tool and methods engineering. The way a part is made or the tools used, etc., is not left to the discretion of one shop person for this order and another person for the next order. A complete operational Routing details manufacturing methods and inspection procedure to be used to manufacture customer parts with reliability, order after order.

Tool & Die Making
We have a separate room equiped with tool, die and gage making equipment and tool and die makers. With this setup we have full control of making tools and dies exactly as we want them. Moreover, we can take quicker action for tool and die repairs or for your engineering changes to keep production going, a major factor in today's delivery requirements.

Our Quality Control System
Conforms to MIL-I-45208A Sampling Plans used are per MIL STD-105E. We have written Quality Control Procedures and Engineering Standards controlled by our company president.
